Value: A content library built across three distinct campaigns, delivered on time and ready to use across every channel.

The Challenge

Elmhurst 1925 makes plant-based milks, creamers, and lattes built for people who want a cleaner alternative without sacrificing quality. As their content needs grew, they needed a creative partner who could bring their products to life across social media, their website, and marketing materials.

Each project came with its own set of requirements. A new product line needed launch-ready visuals. A seasonal product had a hard deadline tied to the holiday calendar. A major brand milestone deserved content that felt special and memorable.

The through line across all three projects was the same: they needed content that looked elevated, matched the brand's clean aesthetic, and was delivered on time.

What We Did

Elmhurst’s relationship has carried through three distinct projects across multiple contacts.

Cashew Creamer Launch

For the launch of their new cashew creamer line, Sean created over 30 pieces of content featuring all available flavors. The creative direction leaned into the light, airy quality of the product. That meant styled concept shoots with products surrounded by clouds, floating containers, and imagery built to communicate the lightness of the creamer in a visually compelling way.

Deliverables included product photography, GIFs, and styled concept content used across social media, their website, and select marketing and sales materials.

Oat Nog Holiday Campaign

With a hard delivery deadline tied to the holiday season, Sean worked with the Elmhurst team to build a realistic shot list that could be executed and delivered within two weeks. The creative direction placed the product in a warm holiday setting with gift wraps, ribbons, and seasonal styling that felt festive without being generic.

Deliverables included photos and GIFs used across social media and their website.

100th Birthday Campaign

To mark Elmhurst's 100th anniversary, Sean created over 10 pieces of content featuring a variety of their plant milk products. The highlight of the project was a stop motion animation showing various nuts forming the number "100," a nod to the brand's heritage and the ingredients at the core of their products.

Deliverables included photos, GIFs, and stop motion content used across social media, their website, and a Forbes article feature.

How we worked together

Every project started with alignment. For the cashew creamer launch, Elmhurst shared inspiration photos and a moodboard, and Sean built on that foundation by developing a shot list and sketching out additional ideas for their review. For later projects, the process became more collaborative from the start, with both sides working together to nail down the creative direction before production began.

All project details, moodboards, shot lists, and content for review lived in a shared Notion portal. Once images were ready, Sean shared them through a linked album where the team could review and provide feedback before final delivery.

Product was shipped directly to Sean's studio. For projects with multiple pour shots or high-volume usage needs, the team planned ahead to make sure enough product was on hand to cover every shot on the list.

Turnaround was typically two to three weeks. For the Oat Nog holiday campaign, the team worked together to scope a shot list that was achievable within a tighter two-week window, making sure the content was ready before the seasonal window closed.

Sean was great working with us on a super tight timeline. He was able to both execute our vision and meet our requirements while also bringing his creativity and expertise to the table. Looking forward to working with him again on future projects.

What this unlocked for Elmhurst 1925

Across three projects, Elmhurst built a content library that supported a product launch, a seasonal campaign, and a major brand milestone, each with a distinct creative direction and a consistent level of quality.

The cashew creamer launch gave their team visuals that helped introduce a new product line with imagery that felt polished and platform-ready. The Oat Nog campaign delivered seasonal content on time, with no scramble. The 100th birthday content gave the brand a way to celebrate a milestone with visuals that earned placement beyond social, including a feature in Forbes.

The relationship has continued across team changes because the work delivered and the process made it easy to come back.
