You have a front-row seat, virtually. We use a live view portal that broadcasts our camera feed directly to your screen in real-time. You see exactly what we see as we shoot.
We don't take the final shot until you give the thumbs up on styling, lighting, and composition. It's like being on set, but you can wear sweatpants.

We know how to work with the melt. For frozen or refrigerated items, we coordinate specific shipping windows (usually overnight) to ensure arrival during studio hours. We have freezer and fridge storage on-site.
For fresh ingredients like produce or garnishes, we source locally from premium Seattle markets to ensure everything looks crisp and camera-ready.
-
It depends on the product. For food and beverage items that are opened or styled during the shoot, we typically dispose of them or donate unopened extras to local food banks.
For non-perishable items like bottles, merch, or equipment, we can ship them back to you using a return label you provide.

Unlike traditional agencies that charge complex licensing fees, our packages typically include broad commercial usage rights for up to 5 years. You can use the images on your website, Amazon and Shopify listings, social media, and digital ads.
Large-scale print billboards or TV broadcast usage may require a separate license. Just ask and we'll work it out.

We do not release RAW files. The pop art look you hired us for is created during the retouching and color-grading process. A RAW file is like an uncooked steak. We serve you the finished, perfectly plated meal.
You receive high-resolution JPEGs for print and web-optimized files for online use.

Think of stop motion as a high-energy flipbook. It's a series of photos stitched together to create jerky, playful movement. Perfect for looping GIFs on email and Instagram.
Video is fluid, cinematic motion like a slow-motion pour. Both are powerful, but stop motion is our signature style for grabbing attention in social feeds.

We specialize in bold, high-contrast, and pop art aesthetics using hard lighting. While we can adapt, we're best fit for brands that want to stand out with color and edge.
If you're looking for dark, moody, rustic farm table photography, we might not be the best match. But we'd be happy to refer you to colleagues who specialize in that look.

A creative brief is the roadmap for our shoot. It details the shot list, the mood, and the goals. If you don't have one, don't worry.
Our onboarding process includes a strategy session where we build one together. We don't guess. We plan.

Our most popular package starts at $2,450 and includes 12 high-resolution photos plus 3 stop-motion GIFs. You also get a custom moodboard, detailed shot list, client portal for project tracking, live gallery for feedback, professional retouching, and a one-on-one pre-production call.
All images come in both high-res for print and web-optimized formats.

Yes. We accept payment via credit card, ACH transfer, or check. Project payment will be split into two installments: 50% due before the shoot and 50% due upon delivery of final assets.
-
No problem. We build custom packages all the time. Whether you need 50 SKUs photographed or a smaller shoot with just 5 images, we'll create a proposal that fits your specific needs and budget.
-
Monthly retainers are available, and you can learn more from our Plans page. We have a variety of packages to best fit your budget and goals. This works well for brands that need consistent fresh content every month for social media, email campaigns, and seasonal launches.
We'll work with you to determine how many photos, videos, or GIFs fit within your monthly budget.
-
Yes. Our packages include professional product styling and a variety of photo surfaces and backgrounds. For specialty props or specific brand elements you want featured, we can source those and include them in your custom quote.
If you have specific props you'd like us to use, you're welcome to ship them along with your products.
If needed, we also have the option to bring on a professional prop stylist to help source props that will help keep in line with your brand, tell your story, and tie things in all together.
-
Yes! We have an extensive team that can help with your project, depending on your goals, and budget.
We have a food stylist, prop stylist, wardrobe stylist, hair and make up artist, and even a location scout if we need to source a specific spot or obtain permits when shooting in public areas. We even access to a variety of models that would best fit your target audience and goals!

We understand plans change. If you need to reschedule, just let us know at least 5 business days before your scheduled shoot date and we'll find a new time that works.
Cancellations made less than 5 business days before the shoot may forfeit the deposit, as we've already blocked time and begun prep work.
