Bottega USA | Holiday Lifestyle Content for a Season's Worth of Marketing

Client: Bottega USA

Goal: Create a full season's worth of holiday lifestyle content from a single shoot day to support social media, email campaigns, and digital ads.

What we made: 23 final content pieces including 8 short-form videos and 15 lifestyle photos featuring styled flat lays, bottle shots, and celebration scenes.

Where it was used: Social media, email campaigns, and digital ads.

Highlights: One-day production at a rented house location, prioritized shot list to protect high-value content, evergreen asset library with lasting value beyond the holiday season.

Value: A complete content library built for a full quarter of marketing, delivered on time and within budget.

The Challenge

Bottega USA needed a content library that could fuel an entire season of marketing from a single shoot day. The goal was holiday 2025, with imagery and video built around gifting, entertaining, and celebration themes that could support social media, email campaigns, and digital ads.

They also needed content that matched the elevated aesthetic of their Italian sister brand, Bottega Spa. The visuals had to feel premium, styled, and consistent with a brand known for beautifully crafted bottles and a luxurious identity.

There was also a budget to work within. That meant making smart decisions early about crew, props, and wardrobe so every dollar went toward the shots that mattered most.

What We Did

The shoot was a one-day production at a rented house location, styled and lit to match the premium lifestyle aesthetic the brand was after. The crew included Sean, a wardrobe stylist, a model, a videographer, and a production assistant.

Deliverables included 23 final content pieces:

  • 8 short-form video clips for ads, email, and social

  • 15 lifestyle photos featuring bottle shots, styled flat lays, and celebration scenes with models, glassware, table settings, and holiday decor

The content was built for social media and marketing campaigns, and much of it landed as evergreen assets the team can use across seasons and campaigns beyond the holidays.

How we worked together

Before the shoot, Sean and Deidre worked together to build a moodboard and shot list based on the brand's creative direction and the aesthetic of their sister brand's website.

To make the most of a single shoot day, the shot list was prioritized. Deidre marked each shot as high, medium, or low priority before production began. On set, the team worked through the high priority shots first, ensuring the most important content was captured before moving to lower priority items if time allowed.

That system protected the client's most critical needs and removed the stress of trying to fit everything in at once.

After the shoot, Sean delivered rough edits within 48 hours. Deidre made her selections, and Sean's team cleaned up the final images for delivery.

What this unlocked for Bottega USA

Bottega USA walked away from a single shoot day with a content library built to support a full quarter of marketing.

The holiday imagery gave their team assets ready for social, email, and digital ads during one of the most competitive seasons for a beverage brand. The evergreen quality of much of the content means the library has a longer shelf life beyond the holidays, extending the value of the investment well into future campaigns.

The project also showed what thoughtful pre-production planning can do. A prioritized shot list, a clear budget strategy, and a focused shoot day meant the team left with everything they needed and none of the scramble.
